Typically, smaller clients with simple needs may start out with LedgerWriteup™. This is especially true of newer companies and firms that are not ready to invest in a computer-based Accounting system of their own. On the other hand, small clients that want to do their own bookkeeping in, for example, QuickBooks, but need Accounting oversight and Tax planning, choose LedgerAdvisor™. One of our biggest Ledger Solutions clients actually uses a combination of LedgerAdvisor™ and LedgerControl™!

For some clients, LedgerAdvisor™ is the right product even up to about $15M in annual revenue. For the most part, though, medium-sized clients, or those who are growing fast and have outgrown their existing Accounting and bookkeeping resources, typically opt for LedgerKeeper™. A lot of what tells the difference between LedgerKeeper™ and LedgerAdvisor™ is the number of transactions that have to be posted per month.

Any client should consider using LedgerControl™ and LedgerCFO™ on an ad-hoc basis, but usually the ones who opt for those services on a regular basis are our larger and more complex clients.
